Experienced Hands, Compassionate Hearts
Haven Living is a compassionate, person-centred residential service dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, acquired brain injuries, and associated mental health or behavioural support needs. Rooted in dignity, respect, and genuine human connection, our mission is to empower each resident to live as independently and meaningfully as possible, within a warm, inclusive home environment.

Your Life,
Your Voice, Your Home.
1
Residential Support
Our homes offer 24-hour support for adults aged 18 and over living with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, acquired brain injuries, or related support needs. We focus on promoting independence, daily living skills, and active participation in community life.
2
Positive Behaviour Support
Our team uses evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to understand and respond to individual needs: reducing distress and promoting well-being through compassion, consistency, and respect.
3
Community Inclusion
Residents are supported to access local education, training, volunteering, and social opportunities. We work in partnership with families, professionals, and community organisations to build meaningful inclusion and participation.
4
Advocacy and Rights
Every resident is supported to have a voice, through independent advocacy, key-worker meetings, and easy-read materials. We ensure that decisions are made with, not for, the people we support.
5
Professional Governance
Our service is underpinned by robust clinical governance, ongoing staff development, and alignment with HIQA standards. We ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement at every level.
